Challenge
The HammondCare International Dementia Conference was originally scheduled to be a full-scale in-person event, then changed to hybrid delivery and then changed to virtual.
Solution
We worked across all areas of the conference and provided a flexible delivery method. The production standard in the Sydney studio was very high, with some of the notable items of the conference including:
✔ Over 6,500 Delegates tuning in throughout the world
✔ Live, pre-recorded and panel discussions were broadcast seamlessly
✔ Speakers both in the studio in Sydney and online were able to engage together, including interactive panel sessions
✔ Sponsor TV Commercials inserted throughout the day with data analytics provided.
Outcome
The Conference was an incredible success and is considered one of their best yet.
